Automated Immunohistochemical Staining (IHC) on formalin fixed paraffin embedded (ffpe) sections, frozen sections, or chamber slides, using Leica Bond and/or Dako IHC/ISH Autostainer Platforms NEW AT IHCTECH, TUNNEL ASSAY FOR APOPTOSIS FOR ANIMAL OR HUMAN TISSUES (FFPE OR FROZEN SECTIONS), THIS IS A COMBINED ISH/IHC PROTOCOL, THE PRICE IS ($65) PER SLIDE

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) labeling (HRP or AP) of frozen or FFPE sections ($52) per slide TESTS REQUIRING SPECIAL BLOCKING SUCH AS FC RECEPTOR BLOCK, SERUM BLOCKS, AND/OR PREABSORBED LINKS AND FAB2 NEGATIVE REAGENT CONTROL ANTIBODY WILL BE CHARGED AT ($60) A SLIDE THESE SPECIAL BLOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN TESTS SUCH AS MOUSE ANTIBODIES ON MOUSE TISSUES Immunofluorescence labeling (IF) of frozen or FFPE sections ($52) per slide IHC labeling (HRP or AP) or (IF) on chamber slides ($52) per one third region of slide Automated Chromogenic InSitu Hybridization (CISH) using commercial or custom made DIG or FITC labeled DNA or RNA Probes detected with HRP or AP IHC after Probe Hybridizing ($65) per slide, Probe not included Tunnel Assay NOW PERFORMED ON ANIMAL AND HUMAN TISSUE SAMPLES. Inblock IHC on whole mount wet tissue that is subsequently embedded in GMA ($90) per antibody, plus GMA embedding and sectioning costs. Prices may be adjusted higher if IHCtech is required to provide the antibody. The cost of the antibody may need to be charged as a project set up fee, unless it is a common antibody already in house. Prices are subject to change depending on the special requirements of the project. IHCtech maintains a library of 300+ antibodies. IHCtech can provide most control tissues needed for animal and human IHC studies. Histotechnologist scoring of slides ($175) per hour Board Certified Pathologist images and report ($275) hour (our pathologists are fast reviewers)

Frozen Sections

First section ($14), each additional slide from same block ($8) Tape Transfer first frozen section for soft tissue ($25), each additional tape section from the same block is ($20) Tape Transfer first frozen section for calcified bone ($30), each additional tape section from the same block is ($25)

Paraffin Sections

Tissues that come already in cassettes will be processed and embedded in paraffin for ($12) per sample Samples requiring custom embedding with many small pieces will be charged ($20) If we have to cassette the tissues or grossly dissect (as for skin) the per sample charge is ($17) 3- 50 micron thick cut unstained sections picked up on charged slides ($6) per slide 25-30 micron sections cut from a paraffin block and rolls placed in a centrifuge tube for DNA extraction $20 a tube of several sections

Glycol methacrylate (GMA) plastic sections including calcified bone

Process and embed in Glycol Methacrylate ($90) per sample GMA section ($25) per slide GMA reembedding after facing block when necessary ($12) per sample per reembed Bone sections labeled with fluorochromes are sectioned as blanks (unstained) for UV light evaluation of fluorochrome label ($25)

Cell suspension preps (Cells Centrifuged and Gel Embedded)

($25) per sample, these samples can then be processed into paraffin, cut and stained (paraffin processing, and staining charges would also apply)

H&E Staining

($7) per slide, for paraffin, frozen and GMA sections
